Over the years, I've realized my true calling is to help people meaningfully. Initially, I started this channel In Nutrition and In Health, with a focus on automotive content, thinking it was the best way to assist. However, I discovered my passion and calling extend far beyond that.

I'm here to help you realize that potential, to be the voice of encouragement when you need it most, and to provide tools and insights to make life's journey smoother. Whether through uplifting content, practical advice, or sharing my experiences, my mission is to help you become 1% better every day. Together, we can tackle life's challenges and celebrate its victories.

I'm here to share my knowledge, experiences, and insights to help you navigate your unique path. Let's embark on this journey together, striving to be better, achieve our dreams, and support each other along the way.

Hello, amazing community!

Due to unexpected technical issues, there won’t be a video today. A firmware update has caused my recording equipment to fail to capture usable audio. I’m working hard to resolve this and aim to have everything fixed for the Monday video release.

Thank you for your incredible support and understanding!

Best regards,
Chad

Today, I had the incredible opportunity to reconnect with my dear friend and remarkable person, Dr. Steve. We’ve known each other for over 30 years, going back to our elementary school days. Dr. Steve isn’t your average chiropractor who simply adjusts your back. He’s dedicated to aligning mind, body, soul, and spirit, delivering a unique healing energy that you truly have to experience to understand. If you’re in the Phoenix metro area and seeking exceptional chiropractic care, visit him at Global Chiropractic in Tempe. I also highly recommend following his Instagram, @drstevenenriquez where he shares powerful insights on becoming the best version of yourself—mentally, physically, and spiritually. This man is an absolute powerhouse!

Hey everyone,

I desperately need your opinion. Please read the whole thing before taking the poll.

I’ve received a ton of requests to start posting on Rumble, and I’m okay with that since it’s a long-form platform that aligns with my content style.

I’ve also been getting a lot of requests to post on short-form sites like Instagram, TikTok, and others. Last night, I mentioned the possibility of doing so in the future, but the feedback was a bit mixed, so it’s tough to gauge the results.

Here’s where I stand: I’m not a huge fan of short-form content. I feel those platforms tend to steal our attention spans, and I don’t think the depth of the messages I want to share can truly be captured in such a short format.

That said, I’ve been thinking of an alternative. For platforms like Instagram, X, and Facebook, I could focus on sharing motivational quotes and/ or photos I’ve come up with instead of videos.

If I do decide to post short-form content, it’s important to know it won’t be brand-new videos. It would simply be clips from my long-form YouTube videos, edited down for those platforms. I won’t be doing YouTube Shorts, and these platforms would remain entirely separate from what I do on YouTube.

The main reason I’m considering this is because of the sheer number of requests I’ve received—and the fact that people are already editing my videos and uploading them to these platforms themselves. I’m totally okay with that! To me, it just highlights how much demand there is for this type of content. But honestly, I’m torn about the idea.

As I said in last night’s livestream, this channel and community wouldn’t exist without you. I value your feedback and believe your voices deserve to be heard. So, I’m leaving the final decision up to you. Majority rules.

Please take a moment to vote in the pole and share your thoughts.

I appreciate each and every one of you.

Thank you,
Chad

Livestream Tonight at 5:00 PM PST

As of writing this post, we came within 2,173 subscribers of achieving our goal of 100K by the end of the year. While it’s not exactly 100K, I’m calling it a win. To me, this is achieving my goal.

Based on the survey from a couple of days ago, the majority of you wanted a scheduled livestream. However, many of you wanted both a scheduled and impromptu livestream, so that’s exactly what we’ll do!

Tonight, we’ll kick things off with a livestream at 5:00 PM PST, and we’ll do another one next Monday at the same time.

We hope to see you all there!

Since today is Christmas, I won’t be uploading a video so I can spend time with my family.

I want to take this moment to thank all of you for your incredible support and generosity throughout the year.

The next video will be uploaded on the 26th, and I can’t wait to share it with you.

Wishing you and your families a very Merry Christmas and happy holidays!

Stay safe and enjoy this special time with your loved ones.

This channel is growing so fast, and it’s all thanks to you. Your support means everything, and now I need your opinion as we approach a huge milestone, 100K subscribers. We’re planning to do a livestream to celebrate, but I’m torn between two options. Would you prefer a pre-scheduled livestream after we hit 100K or an impromptu countdown livestream as it happens?

A scheduled livestream would mean we pick a specific date and time after reaching the milestone, giving everyone the chance to plan and join in. On the other hand, a countdown livestream would capture the excitement in real time as we hit 100K together. Both ideas have their perks. A scheduled stream allows more of you to participate, but there’s something awesome about celebrating the moment as it unfolds.

The challenge with an impromptu livestream is that we don’t know when it’ll happen, it could be any time, day or night. With Christmas and New Year’s right around the corner, I also want to be mindful of your family time, as well as ours. At the rate we’re growing, it’s likely to happen sometime next week.

So, what do you think? Should we go with a scheduled livestream, or an impromptu countdown. Let me know your thoughts! Your feedback means everything.

Today is anything but an average Thanksgiving in our household. It’s a day of celebration and gratitude, not just for the holiday but for a monumental milestone on our journey. Today, our channel has officially reached 50,000 subscribers!

This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without your unwavering support, kindness, and generosity toward my family and me. I’m beyond thankful for each and every one of you. Your encouragement fuels my passion and drives me to keep creating meaningful content every single day.

You are all legends, whether you realize it or not. From my family to yours, I wish you a Happy Thanksgiving! May your day be filled with love, joy, and countless blessings. Thank you for being part of this journey. 🙏🏻
