For years, I’ve been collecting and decorating my front porch purely to make people happy. When someone comes up to me on Halloween, smiles, and admires my decorations, I truly feel that joy, and that’s why I do it. Unfortunately, not everyone shares that feeling. Some people dislike my decorations, even calling them “devilish,” and a few have shown dislike toward my family as well. But yesterday morning, things went too far, an older gentleman actually stole one of my rare decorations and even tried to take others, but thankfully those were secured. I’m only making this post to remind everyone that decorating isn’t always sunshine and rainbows. There are people out there who can be selfish and incredibly rude, but that should never stop your passions.
