- Median Sale Price: $410,000, up 9.5%
- Dollar Volume: $617M, down 5.2%
- Active Inventory: 7,690, up 15.4%
- Inventory Supply: 6.8 months, up 65.9%
Condo owners are feeling the pressure to sell and having a hard time unloading their units.
