Hello everyone, this is my first community post. Our channel Aanch and Aastha is started with a belief that cooking and serving food is worship. It is said in our sanatan dharma that we become what we eat or " jaisa ann waisa mnn". However, it has been difficult to give sufficent time to cooking in our busy lifestyles. Our attempt going forward will be to make cooking fun, easy, quick conseriding the fast pace life of people, healthy, pure vegetarian, sttavik and also deeply rooted in Indian traitions, desi dishes with little modification to suit the mordern life better.
