Energy healing is a practice that assists your body to heal through various methods. In my sessions, I use sage, Palo Santo, prayer, intention setting, Reiki, Quantum, and Intuitive healing methods. I also incorporate chakra balancing, sound and light healing.
Energy is everything and everywhere. We are energetic beings. This is why distance sessions are as powerful as in person sessions.
Starting January 2023, my full distance sessions will be priced the same as my in person sessions. All of the techniques used for in person sessions are also used in distance sessions. But 30 min. distance sessions will be available for $75, and I offer a $30 Chakra balancing 15 min. session.
Our thoughts are energy, so it is imperative one has a positive mindset and believes one can be healed and do/be better in all areas of their lives. I do not accept clients who lack a basic belief that healing is possible.
Energy healing helps with physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual issues. Often one issue is connected to a blockage or lack in another area. For example, a blocked energy center can cause pain and inflammation. A poor diet can cause depression. And so on.
I will be available to those who want to work with me on an ongoing basis in 2023. This will be a new offering.
At the beginning and end of the day, your healing starts with you. But you are not alone.
