Before Patterns 5++ drops I highly recommend a re-watch of Patterns 5 and Patterns 2! It is strongly influenced by Patterns 2, which is the most popular song in the series released over a decade ago.
In the teaser video, if you think that the challenge is exclusively directed to the best players, it's not!
Patterns 5++ has three charts which I've spent years testing and tweaking. One of them will be within your capabilities to FC:
EXPERT - 2023 hard song. This is a chart that pushes the current difficulty boundaries.
HARD - 2010-2012 era hard song - like the classics; Victory Solo X, Uber Juice, ge4ce, Soulless 3 and will be a challenging FC for anyone. It's optimised to be as fun as possible.
MEDIUM - this is designed for less experienced players and as long as you can play all five frets, you're ready.
The medium chart also doubles as an extremely fun speed up chart for players at higher levels. It translates really well and has been playtested extensively at higher speed.
The time put into Patterns 5++ is so far off the scale that nothing else I've made compares. It is my 100th song and I hope to see you at the premiere on Saturday!
