A strong coastal low is moving up the Atlantic this weekend, bringing heavy rain, gusty winds, high surf, and flooding from Charleston to Wilmington, the Outer Banks, and Hampton Roads.
⚠️ Impacts expected through Sunday:
2–5" of rain near the coast
Winds gusting 40–50 mph
Dangerous surf and rip currents
Coastal flooding during high tides
