RAW Uttarakhand captured in Frame 🌲🍄

"In the wild, love doesn’t whisper — it grows from the ground." 🌧️

High in the misty mountains, under roaring thunder and heavy monsoon rains, nature performs quiet magic. No seeds are planted. No fertilizers used. No human hands needed.

This wild mushroom wasn’t farmed. It wasn’t nurtured.
It simply grew — from the damp earth, in perfect harmony with the rain and cold mountain air.

Born out of nothing but nature itself — untouched, unplanned, and unbothered.

This is what happens when nature is left alone… it creates life on its own terms.

This is the raw, wild beauty of Uttarakhand — pure nature, growing from the ground. 🍄🌿

| RAW Uttarakhand : captured in Frame - 1

.

A raw glimpse into the untouched soul of Uttarakhand — captured in its purest form. This frame tells a story of mountains, silent forests, and rivers that carve poetry into the valley. No filters. Just nature speaking its truth.

This is Uttarakhand, not dressed up for the world, but shown as it is — raw, moody, wild, alive.

About the Series – My Vision

“RAW Uttarakhand – Captured in Frames” is more than a photo series.
It’s my way of documenting the soul of Uttarakhand — untouched landscapes, quiet villages, hidden paths, and fleeting moods that most eyes miss.

In a world obsessed with filters and perfection, I want to show you the imperfections that make this land real.
Each frame is a feeling. Each shot, a story — unposed, unfiltered, undeniably Uttarakhand.

This is Frame 1. Just the beginning.
Come with me as we walk through valleys, get lost in clouds, and find beauty in the wild corners of this sacred land.

"Built by Hand, Forgotten by Choice"
.
.
.
.
.
We come from the mountains — from homes built not with machines, but with hands, with heart, with stone carried on backs and dreams passed down generations. Yet today, we leave behind these very homes of our forefathers, chasing comfort and peace in places that were never truly ours. The irony is painful — those who once belonged to the roots of the hills are now walking away from them, searching for a peace that feels more like escape than return. But why aren’t we talking about protecting what’s ours — this land, this silence, this sky that knows our name? Why is the idea of staying and preserving our own heritage less attractive than leaving it behind? The mountains don’t need saving — we do. And maybe the real peace lies not in running from our roots, but in returning to them."

"Batting Beyond Boundaries: Cricket in the Snow"

"Winters in the mountains are a magical experience, where every moment feels like a scene from a fairytale. ❄️🌄 And what better way to make memories than blending the beauty of nature with the joy of cricket! 🏏✨

This picture captures the perfect mix of adventure, fun, and nostalgia—a game of cricket in the snowy fields, surrounded by terraced hills and pristine white landscapes. The crisp mountain air, the crunch of snow underfoot, and the pure excitement of hitting the ball create an unforgettable experience that takes us back to simpler, carefree times.

Moments like these remind us to cherish nature, embrace the little joys, and live fully in the present. Whether it's playing a game, soaking in the scenic beauty, or simply being with loved ones, the mountains have a way of bringing out the best in us.

Here’s to winters, the mountains, and making memories that warm our hearts even in the coldest weather.

A Call to Preserve What’s Precious.

The autumn colors brighten Uttarakhand’s forests, showing its calm beauty. Every tree and leaf reflects life in harmony with nature.

Amid this beauty lies a silent challenge—migration. As people leave in search of opportunities, villages grow quiet, and traditions fade. Let’s protect this paradise by supporting local communities and preserving the culture that makes Uttarakhand extraordinary.

This is my serene hometown in the heart of Uttarakhand, where nature's beauty is truly unmatched. The peaceful flow of the river, the towering mountains, and the warmth of the sun all remind me of the simple, pure joys of life. There’s no place like home, especially when home feels like heaven on Earth."

|Brow Antlered Deer|

Brow-antlered deer have unique antlers that justly their name. From the tip of the brow to the point of the beam the antlers sweep in one continuous graceful curve. Popularly known as Sangai, brow-antlered deer is also known as Thamin deer of India or Manipuri deer. Keibul Lamjao National Park in Manipur is the only place where they survive in the wild. The National Zoological Park has been very successful in breeding this highly endangered species. It is to the credit of the National Zoological Park that today there are more brow antlered deer in the zoo 's than in the wild.

A Goldfinch on a feeder, A Chaffinch on the ground, A Blue Tit in a bird bath, Having a splash around,

Sparrows in the hedgerow, Blackbirds down below, Walking around the field, A solitary Crow,

Birds off in the distance, Sitting up in trees, Birds swooping through the sky now, Whilst catching bugs and bees,

We sit and watch them soaring, And sometimes wonder why, It's us stuck down upon the ground, And birds that get to fly
