Leviathan biology
When a bloodline or the race of leviathans goes below 1000 their special passive activates called “instant reproduction” this passive allows the leviathan to be able to breed with their mate at age of 16 and above on both genders of leviathans

Leviathans takes only half the time for babies to be born,4 months and a half and the baby is ready to be born
