STATEMENT FROM MIELLE ORGANICS INC
MIELLE was created by a Black woman out of sheer passion and with a mission to invest in the education and entrepreneurship of multicultural women and communities across the globe that are underserved. MIELLE at its core believes in a hands-on approach with customer engagement. That commitment and passion remain unchanged.
MIELLE is extremely grateful for its global community of supporters who have stood by their side during the highs and the lows.
Late May, we privately addressed a moment of passion taken out of context when an educational intended comment was perceived as an attack on opinion. A private apology was immediately issued to the affected party via direct messaging. The moment has recently resurfaced within the Youtube hair community whose time and efforts are poured into reviewing our products and for which we truly value. We are therefore issuing a second public apology for anyone who may have been offended by the initial “product usage” comment provided by a key principle of our organization. Furthermore, with our subsequent attempt by the executive team to amend any difference in opinions.
MIELLE is committed through its growth process to remain transparent with its community of supporters. With this, the Board of Directors is immediately hiring a Global Community Liaison Officer who will ensure the passion of the brand is communicated lucidly to its community of supporters whether or not a difference of opinion exists with the utmost respect and our core values at the forefront.
