Besties, I started my Winter Arc (aka the great lock-in) on Monday, September 1st, and I’m so happy to report that since then, I’m already down 13 lbs 🤯! Not only that, but I’ve also been staying consistent with the new discipline routines I’ve set for myself. I’m beyond excited for my 2026 goals—and it’s important to start working on them now. It’s not too late for you to join in and start your own Winter Arc so you can get ahead on your 2026 goals. Let me encourage you: start now. Don’t play yourself by thinking you’ll suddenly wake up “a new person” on January 1st. You haven’t done that before, and you won’t do it this time either. It takes 55–60 days to form a habit. That means the habits you start today will carry you strong into 2026.
Here’s how to begin: 1. Seek the Most High God. Daily prayer and reading even just one chapter of the Bible a day will drastically change your life and your mindset. Now imagine what praying multiple times a day can do! Talk with your Creator. Tell Him your struggles, ask Him to strengthen you where you’re weak, and then obey His voice when He answers. It’s that simple.
2. Change your eating habits. Play with your health all you want, but don’t be surprised when you keep falling short in other areas of life. Take it from me—as someone who has lost a massive amount of weight: your life opens up when you lose weight. Your health reverses, your body heals, and even your internal age decreases. Get into a calorie deficit, eat clean, whole foods, and stop drowning in processed sugar, soda, alcohol, and fried foods. If you have my Meal Prep E-Cookbooks and my Weight Loss Plan, then you’re already set for success—I’ve done all the heavy lifting for you. All you have to do is follow the plan. Grab it here payhip.com/BestieniteNation
3. Move your body! Stop overthinking it. Stop complicating it. Just move. Walking 10k steps a day alone can transform you. Walk outside, get a walking pad, go to the gym. If you want to add weights, do 30 minutes of strength training or low-impact core work like Pilates. YouTube is full of free workouts—so stop making excuses. Move your body 30–60 minutes a day and watch your body drastically change.
4. Prioritize your mental health. Learn to unplug from social media and TV. Read books that grow you. Do things that nurture your inner garden. Pour back into YOUR cup. Take care of your physical appearance: keep your hair clean and put together, get monthly manicures and pedicures, stick to a beauty routine. Y’all always ask why I’m glowing and why my skin looks so good—well… now you know 👀.
5. Work toward your 2026 goals NOW. Want to travel? Start saving and cut unnecessary expenses. Cancel subscriptions. Manage your money. Want to start a business? Research. Learn your competition. Build integrity, systems, and a sales pitch. Start an online presence—it doesn’t even have to show your face. JUST START. Want to buy a house? Fix your credit. Research homebuyer grants and programs. Put yourself in position. Break those generational cycles of laziness and negative thinking—walk in “I can” and “I will.” Want to climb the corporate ladder? Be seen. Be heard. Be the solution. Come evaluation time, make sure your name stands out. Move like a shark. Take dominion.
6. Plan your 2026 year now. Pray over your plans and give them to God. Ask Him to align you with His will, because His will for you is always bigger and better than what you could dream for yourself. Stop winging life—because sis, winging it is actually insane. At the end of the day, I say all this because I love you. Don’t waste another moment. Start today. Happy Winter Arc, Besties 🤍✨
Besties 👀 let's go live tonight. I want to catch up, spill tea and pour into my gworls. I really have some stuff to tell you😝😝😝🙌🏽 MEET ME TONIGHT. SUNDAY 9.28.25 6 PM EST ON YOUTUBE. I WILL GO LIVE AND DO THIS IN REAL TIME. youtube.com/@iammzbrooklyn?si=ix5i0650pZXZDFxi
I don’t know who needs to hear this, but John 10:10 says, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.” That is a direct promise from Yeshua HaMashiach — Jesus the Messiah.
The Greek word for “abundantly” is περισσός (perissos), which means overflowing, beyond measure, and more than enough. It’s not just barely surviving or getting by. Jesus is promising a life that overflows with His Spirit, His peace, His power, and His provision — a life that goes far beyond what the world can offer.
I am here to tell you: GO GET YOUR PROMISE FROM GOD! Enter the courts of heaven through prayer, fasting, and repentance, and claim what is rightfully yours through Jesus Christ. God’s Word does not lie, and it does not return to Him empty or void (Isaiah 55:11).
If He said it, He meant it. The enemy has been capitalizing on your lack of biblical knowledge and truth, keeping you trapped in cycles of brokenness, confusion, and torment. But today, you can break free by standing on God’s promises.
The power of prayer and fasting is real, and God responds when His people call on Him. Go claim your abundant life from Yeshua! Be filled with the Holy Spirit and fight back. Take back EVERYTHING — and I mean EVERYTHING — that the enemy has stolen, destroyed, or killed in your life: Your dreams Your business plans Your spiritual gifts Your marriage Your ministry Whatever the enemy tried to bury, speak to those dry bones in the name of Jesus, just like God commanded in Ezekiel 37. Prophesy over them, and they will rise by the power of God’s Spirit.
We serve the God who resurrects dead things. It’s time to believe Him, to speak His Word, and to act on His promises. Enter the courts of heaven and demand divine justice. The enemy must return sevenfold everything he has stolen, according to Proverbs 6:31. Go now and take back your promise — claim your abundant life in Jesus’ name!
👀 Besties, be honest... are you getting your steps in this week? We’ve officially entered the winter arc — a season that will test your discipline, your consistency, and how much you really trust yourself to show up even when it’s uncomfortable.
I want to know: What are TWO small things you’ve started doing this week to help you become more disciplined? Drop them in the comments — let’s encourage each other! 💬 I’ll go first:
1️⃣ No matter how tired I feel, I always get my evening walk in. NO excuses. Even if I crushed a tough workout earlier in the day, I still show up for that walk. It’s my non-negotiable.
2️⃣ (Don’t judge me, Besties 😅) I used to only clean my kitchen once a day — usually at night before bed. During the day, I’d just pile everything in the sink and handle it later. But this week, I’ve been challenging myself to clean up immediately after every single meal, dish, or snack prep. It sounds small, but it’s been a game changer.
It’s teaching me to stop procrastinating and just get it done right then and there instead of putting it off. And honestly? It’s freeing up my evenings and giving me peace of mind.
✨ Discipline isn’t built in big dramatic moments — it’s built in those tiny, boring, unglamorous choices we make daily. Your turn:
What are two things you’re doing this week to build discipline and show up for yourself during this winter arc? Let’s hold each other accountable in the comments! 🫶🏽
