These short 5-minutes-or-less videos seek to address questions most Christians have and to provide a forum for people to discuss various theological concepts and ideas. This channel also encourages people by challenging them to live out their true calling as a Christian. We release a new video EVERY TUESDAY. Should Christ followers be prepared to face persecution? The Bible doesn’t hide the reality of persecution, in fact, it prepares us for it.
- Jesus said His followers will face opposition because the world first rejected Him (John 15:18–20).
- Paul wrote that everyone who desires to live a godly life will face persecution (2 Timothy 3:12).
- Peter told believers not to be surprised when trials come, as if something strange were happening (1 Peter 4:12–14).
- Jesus also promised blessing and reward for those who endure persecution for His sake (Matthew 5:10–12).
