QRS Trivia Tuesday [Advanced ECG Interpretation Edition 🩺] Identify the rhythm described: The Lead II rhythm strip on the bottom row of the ECG shows a regular rate of about 70 beats/minute with wide QRS complexes. There are no obvious P waves before each QRS complex. The rhythm appears to be coming from the ventricles, but the rate is not extremely fast.
