I currently run an AI B2B SaaS that automates written content marketing flows (this time with a co-founder), called Journalist AI.
I also have a coaching/consulting business helping B2B/B2C SaaS founders start, scale, and sell their companies through organic marketing channels.

the AI chatbots you're using are dumb
in fact, most AI chatbots for customer support are useless
why?
because they're only as good as the context they have
in other words...
if your ai chatbot doesn't know HOW your product works, it'll never be able to help the user
to be more specific:
ALL the answers your chatbot gives it's users are based off of HUMAN-written documentation
but what happens when:
- your UI changes?
- you ship a new feature?
- you update a flow?
Well, all your docs become outdated
you have to write new docs, update existing ones, re-record demo videos
and that's (very) painful
so that's why most of them are useless, because a human is always needed to manually give them context
at least until now...
with Roverfy you can just have 100% of the context, all the time, forever

my goal in life/business has always been to buy land and build a house
have a gym, a sick office, and plenty of outdoor space
then raise my kids there
I’ve been looking at land the past year and think I found something perfect (in Portugal)
I’ve lived in big penthouse apartments with every amenity you can possibly think of
but nothing beats having your own plot of land where you build whatever you want and can do whatever you want
(good thing my girlfriend is an architect, she’ll design the whole thing)
I’ll post more about the whole journey here soon
meanwhile let’s get to work cuz land isn’t free
