CommunityAV continues to grow, and we just launched our newest California community in San Diego!

Looking at our California coverage, it seems like Orange County could be a great area for another local CommunityAV group.

If you're in Orange County and would be interested in connecting with other local home theater and AV enthusiasts for meetups, theater demos, helping with projects, grabbing lunch, and just enjoying the hobby together, comment below with your city!

THIS is exactly why I started CommunityAV.

Tay from ‪@TechTay‬ recently hosted a CommunityAV meetup at his home with several local home theater enthusiasts, and he shared a video about the experience.

Like many of us, Tay can be his own worst critic when it comes to his theater. But when everyone came over, they weren’t focused on what wasn’t perfect. They thoroughly enjoyed his system, watched demos, talked home theater, and just enjoyed the experience together.

It was also cool to see them helping each other.

They helped Tay dial in his projector even further by recommending some changes to his settings. Several even offered to come back and help him frame and continue building out his room.

But what really meant a lot to me was hearing Tay share how grateful he was for CommunityAV and for helping him get connected with other enthusiasts in his area.

THIS is the vision.

It’s not about having the biggest theater, the most expensive gear, or a room that’s completely finished.

It’s about bringing people together who share the same passion. Learning from each other. Helping each other. Building friendships.

You've heard me say 1,000 times, Enjoy the journey, TOGETHER.

This is my passion.
This is my mission!

We just launched a brand new San Diego Home Theater Community!

We now have 81 local home theater groups across the US and Canada!

California now has 5 local communities, more than any other state. It’s awesome seeing this CommunityAV Network continue to grow!

The goal is simple: connect home theater enthusiasts locally so we can share our systems, learn from each other, experience other theaters, host meetups, and most importantly, build genuine and lasting friendships.

I love seeing my customers so excited about their home theater upgrades.

It’s one thing to see dimensions on paper. It’s another thing to experience them in your own room.

Here’s what Malvin had to say about his (4) RTJ 24” subs.

I absolutely love hearing from my customers and seeing their home theaters come together!

Lance just added (3) JTR Speakers Noesis 212RTs to his home theater, and this front soundstage is absolutely WILD!

Here’s what Lance had to say:

“Today was a great day indeed. The wife and I carried them down to the basement (oof) and we got them in their final resting place. Words cannot explain how clear these puppies sound. I'm absolutely blown away and I can't wait to start dialing them in.”
