I started entrepreneurship at a very young age. Just before graduating I quit University to build division5, a company providing staff augmentation services in the software industry. division5 became very successful both in the domestic and international markets with customers all over the world and over 50 employees.
My next goal is to expand on that experience, scale division5 up and build a framework for scaling service-based businesses beyond 7 figures. As a result, I talk about my journey of scaling the unscalable where I share the details of my journey, my lessons, challenges and insights.

I had a powerful conversation with Valon Asani, the founder of dua.com - the platform where Albanians around the world find love.
It was intense and inspiring.
From humble beginnings, to the journey with dua.com - we discussed about everything.

Your hiring process is probably missing the most important step.
Sounds harsh? Maybe.
Sat down with Manuel Koelman for episode 1 of our new unfiltered series: Scaling The Unscalable - Unfiltered Entrepreneurship.
We kicked things off by diving deep into HIRING: the real entry point.
Forget just resumes and interviews for a second.
We talked about:
- Why your company's online presence is already filtering candidates before they even apply.
- The cliché 'hire for attitude': what really matters beyond that (things like curiosity, ownership, adaptability).
- The struggle to judge 'culture fit' vs 'culture add' in short interviews - gut feeling still counts.
- Key questions that actually reveal motivation and problem-solving skills.
This is just part 1.
Next, we will go over the messy reality of promotions & valuation, and then the toughest part for all: firing.
Watch the full hiring discussion now (link in comments!) and tell me: What's the single biggest mistake you've made, or seen in hiring?

What if everything you thought about leadership was wrong?
What if:
You didn’t need control to scale?
Giving first was the best business strategy?
AI wasn’t taking jobs, but the people using AI were?
In this second episode of Scaling the Unscalable, I sit down with Manuel Koelman -founder of Pirate Summit and PIRATEx- to talk about:
1. Why real leadership is about ownership, not authority.
2. How company culture can make or break a business.
3. Why AI will be your intern (or your replacement).
This episode is about what truly works when scaling a business, beyond the clichés.
Watch now the video in my channel.
Then let’s talk: what’s the one thing that transformed your leadership style?
