About me: Caren Baginski (she/her) is a yoga therapist and author who has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2009. Her book Restorative Yoga: Relax. Restore. Re-energize. is a visual guide to receiving deep, healing rest. In addition to Restorative Yoga, she is trained in Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She lives in Denver, Colorado, USA. Their papillon dog Willow (in many videos) passed away in February 2020.
