Starting and growing a business isn’t exactly a walk in the park, is it? It’s full of ups and downs, and going it alone can be overwhelming. That’s why having an accountability buddy is so important. Our meetings are usually around an hour, but they can be as quick as 30 minutes if we’re short on time. We always start by sharing what we want to cover, so we’re clear on the agenda. Then, we go over the numbers, and after that, we take turns to mastermind each other’s challenges or ideas. It’s such a valuable and effective process, and it’s helped our businesses thrive. 🚀
