As a VP, I shouldn’t have to repeat myself. It affects how people see me.

That’s what he told me in our first chat.

Calm on the outside, but clearly frustrated inside.

He had the title. The respect — on paper.
The pressure to “look like a leader” was real.

But inside meetings?
He felt ignored. Overruled.
He wasn’t loud. He wasn’t the commanding type.

And slowly, that started affecting how people responded to him.

He said, “I say something once, and they don’t act. I say it again, and now I look like I’m losing authority.”

We dug deeper.

It wasn’t just about being soft spoken.

He had spent years avoiding conflict — believing that being nice and calm is what good leaders do.

But underneath that was a deeper pattern — shaped by old habits, people-pleasing, second-guessing his voice.

That’s where my Brain Unwire–Rewire method came in.
1] We worked on shifting how he thinks before he speaks — and how his body shows up when he leads.

Voice tone. Eye contact. Boundary setting. Regulating his energy before a key meeting.

2] We didn’t just “fix” a communication issue — we rewired how he sees his own authority.

You know what else changed?

He told me — “I sleep for 6–7 hours, but it’s never deep. I wake up tired.”

Within weeks, his sleep got better. Why?

Because he wasn’t carrying the pressure 24x7.
His mind started slowing down.

Three months later, he didn’t need to repeat himself.

People just started listening. Not out of fear — but respect.

If you’re tired of being “heard” but not really felt — Let’s talk.
A 25-min conversation could shift more than you think.

Being a boss doesn’t make you a leader.
If your team obeys you out of fear — you’re replaceable
(And deep down, you know it)

I've seen this up close in my work with senior professionals:
Titles get respect.

But that respect disappears the moment you're not in the room.

What keeps it going?
Influence. Presence. Trust.

And unfortunately, most leaders are never taught how to build that.

Instead, they pick up patterns like:
– Micromanaging to feel in control
– Creating distance to look strong
– Using authority instead of real connection

But here’s the truth:
You can lead powerfully without fear being your tool.

You don’t have to sacrifice performance to become a more emotionally safe and human leader.

In fact, that’s where true respect starts.

That’s what coaching helps with.

Not just talking about being “better” — but actually rewiring how you lead, how you connect, and how people respond to you.

If your team avoids you more than they approach you —
You’re managing. Not leading.

Did you know, Oprah Winfrey hired a coach too?!
Why do even Most famous and Successful people invest in Coaches?

Because even at the top, they know growth never stops

Here are three leaders from different industries who leveraged coaching to elevate their performance:

1. Bill Gates – Tech Visionary
Bill Gates, co-founder of Microsoft, famously said, “Everyone needs a coach.”

He worked with a coach to sharpen his thinking, receive honest feedback, and grow as a leader — even when he was already at the top.

2. Serena Williams – Tennis Champion
Behind her world-class skills was a powerful mindset shaped by coaching.

Serena worked with mindset coaches to improve her focus, stay emotionally grounded, and bounce back stronger under pressure.

3. Oprah Winfrey — Media Mogul
Most people know Oprah as a powerful figure in the media.

But not many know she worked with life coach Martha Beck — and that changed a lot for her.

1]She learned how to stop living for others' expectations and start listening to her real self

2]She started making decisions with more clarity and purpose, not pressure

This helped her take bold steps — like launching her own network (OWN) — without second-guessing herself

Her coach didn’t “teach” her how to succeed. She helped Oprah stay emotionally strong, connected to her values, and true to herself — even when the stakes were high.

💡 Real growth isn’t about learning more.

It’s about becoming more you — with support, perspective, and space to think clearly.

✉️ I have already shared 10 problems that professionals in the top management face and how they can start working on them, now i am on a spree to share stories of globally Successful people and their transformations, habits & patterns too

Come be a part of it.

Even the smartest leaders fall into this trap.

If you’re a Manager, you’ll always feel short of time unless you fix this one thing.

Let’s be honest—who doesn’t want to achieve more in life?

But very few senior professionals realize that as responsibilities grow, how you handle them decides whether your life feels privileged or pressured.

If you’re someone who…

– always feels buried under work
– mentally never feels free
– can’t focus at home
– and no longer has time for what you used to enjoy

…this is for you.

Your work is not your life.

It’s not the most important thing.
YOU are.

Here’s what I mean—

You don’t need to be drenched in work 24x7. Stop consciously after a point.

Weekend outings don’t compensate for weekday stress. Work on the stress itself—your thoughts, overthinking, frustration, brain fog.

Do things you loved once. Start again—just once or twice a week.

Improve your quality of sleep, not just the number of hours.

Family time shouldn’t be something you ‘take out time for’—it should be part of your routine. One meal together, a movie, a walk—whatever works.

Spend at least 30 mins daily just by yourself. No screen, no TV, no discussions. Just you. Maybe on your terrace or by the window. Add deep breathing to that and you’ll feel the shift.

I’m not saying don’t manage work.

I’m reminding you—you have a life to live.

So start integrating all aspects of it, in a way that feels natural and effortless.

I would love to catchup over a 25 min genuine heart to heart talk to understand your life and help you with the first step towards creating the BALANCE you desire- if this sounds good - you'll find the call booking link in the channel description

Why do you think Sir Ratan Tata never raised his voice in a boardroom?

And what can we learn from that?

He’s one of the most respected business leaders in India.

But what truly sets him apart isn’t just the empire he built — it’s the way he holds himself.

Here’s what stands out to me:
👉🏻 Calm leaders naturally earn more respect than the loud ones
👉🏻 He listens more than he speaks — that’s real emotional maturity
👉🏻 His decisions come from his values, not the need to prove a point
👉🏻 He uses empathy as a strength, even in business conversations

As a coach working with senior professionals, I’ve seen this often —
The higher you grow, the less you feel the need to be the loudest in the room.
The best leaders don’t take over — they create space.

🧠 Real control isn’t in how loud you speak — it’s in how calmly you respond.

Pause and think:
When was the last time staying silent gave you more power than reacting?

Your turn —
Which value of Ratan Tata would you like to bring into your own leadership style?

I work with senior working professionals— and these 2 struggles come up more than anything else. But no one talks about them..

📌Struggle #1: Emotional isolation

On the outside, all of them look confident, sorted and very much in control..

But in private conversation, many of them open up and admit:

1) “I ensure to keep my team motivated, heard, supported, but what about the times I want that from my super bosses?“

2)’I don't have someone I can fully be myself with…’

And honestly, it's not about lack of support, it's about the pressure of appearing sorted at all times!
This builds emotional walls leading to leaders starting to feel alone in their own heads..

📌Struggle #2: Constant identity conflict

Along with managing work, they are also managing EXPECTATIONS..

👉🏻Deliver results, but be empathetic
👉🏻Be strong, but be approachable
👉🏻Set boundaries, but don't be rigid

This mental tug-of-war drains maximum energy..

They start questioning : “Am I becoming someone I don't like?”

💡And the truth is, increasing your performance alone won’t fix this!

Why this needs to be fixed–
Because this does not show up in boardrooms..

It shows up in sleepless nights, strained marriages , short temper outside office, quick anxiety of not feeling enough- despite the titles and wins!!

That’s what I help them work through. Not as a mentor. As a coach who listens, challenges, and holds space without judgment.

I write a newsletter called The CEO’s Mindset, where i talk exactly about these struggles-
👉 The real inner battles senior professionals face
👉 How it bleeds into their personal lives
👉 And what the first real step looks like to change that

If this felt real to you — join in.

You won’t get generic tips. You’ll get honesty. And tools that work.

You were told to respect your parents, not question the pain they caused..

We’re told — parents are God. Don’t question them…

But what if your pain started there?

I’ve seen so many professionals carry this silent weight. They don’t talk about it — fear of judgment, shame, or being misunderstood.

One of my clients — a teacher, 30 years old — shared this with me:
• She never felt safe at home, so she looked for it in partners

•Every relationship only left her more broken

•Constant self-doubt, anger, and emotional overwhelm

•And no one around her wanted to talk about it

Here’s what we did —

•We started from acknowledgment. No blame, just truth.

•Then we worked on understanding her patterns, her triggers, and how they shaped her and her choices.

•And from there, we started breaking free.

Of course, it didn’t happen overnight — but it did work.

She’s now more aware of her choices.
More present…!

•And she knows — she’s on a journey to betterment.

Does this speak to you?

If you read it till here, maybe you are carrying something that you don't feel right about when it comes to sharing it..

Pause and ask yourself —
-Is it really fair to expect your partner to fix what they didn’t break?

-Or to keep punishing yourself for what someone else did?

Healing doesn’t start with fixing everything.

It starts with being honest with yourself.

If this felt personal and you want to talk — You can book a call with me. No pressure. Just a heartfelt conversation to help you reflect on your patterns.

It’s never too late..
This is from one of my clients.

He’s a VP. 47 years old.

On the outside – sorted, successful, respected.

But inside – there was a lot going on..

Relationship issues, old emotional baggage, overthinking – stuff he had never really spoken about or worked on..

He thought maybe it was too LATE to change anything.

Maybe some problems just stay..

But the truth is – these personal issues never really go away…

They show up quietly in your everyday life –
In your relationships, your reactions, your peace of mind.

And with time, they become patterns
They become hurdles
And you start feeling stuck..

It’s not about how big or how old the problem is…

It’s about how long you want to carry it!

This client decided he was done carrying it.

And that decision changed everything.

If you’ve been putting your personal healing on the backseat –
Please don’t.

You deserve to feel clear, confident, and free.

Go to my channel description and check out the CEO guide. It’s the exact framework I use with my paid clients.

It’ll help you see how you can take charge of your inner life the same way you lead in your work.

And if you feel ready – we can have a no-pressure, heartfelt conversation.

Just to reflect. That’s it.

You don’t have to do this alone.

You’re not lazy or lost — you’re stuck in patterns you can’t see.

Most senior professionals don’t lack skill, intelligence, or opportunity.
They’re held back by invisible patterns they were never taught to notice.

If you’re a high-performing professional, you know what I mean —
On paper, your salary, role, and team look great…
But inside, there’s a restlessness. An emptiness.

It’s not because something’s wrong with you.

It’s because something is quietly running you beneath the surface.

Here are 3 unaddressed patterns that often go unnoticed:

• ACHIEVEMENT ADDICTION
Chasing the next milestone without pausing to ask — do I even want this anymore?

• SILENT SELF-DOUBT
Your inner voice keeps questioning , am I doing enough? — despite all the recognition.

• EMOTIONAL NUMBNESS
You’ve mastered the straight face in chaos — but now even the good moments don’t excite you as much..
It’s not peace. It’s suppressed exhaustion.

If this spoke to you, it’s time to pause and look within.

Self-talk is not fluff — it’s a tool to separate what truly matters from what needs to be flushed out

A way to clear the loops in your head and reclaim your emotional energy.

It’s never too late to let your emotions become your power — not your burden.

Share this with a colleague who needs to read this or drop a comment sharing which pattern hit home.

Is Coaching a scam?

You are not alone if that’s your thought!

Let’s start from the beginning — 2020

A year that turned our lives upside down, giving us chills — what next? For how long? What about survival?

Along with battling these thoughts, we got introduced — or let’s say more aware — about coaching and therapy… but…

The lines between the two blurred, resulting in people choosing the wrong service based on their understanding, which didn’t give the results they expected.

Meanwhile, we had people calling themselves coaches and therapists who were far from understanding the seriousness, and thought it’s a profession to share their ‘gyaan’!

Right?

That’s when the scam took over — the black sheep emerged, like in any other industry

But because coaching and therapy are seen as ‘saviours’, trust started to shake.

There wasn’t the right approach, structure, or seriousness — leading to hurt, disappointment, and making it worse for the seekers

It’s not the method that fails — it’s often the messenger.

Honestly, in my journey, I’ve coached around 800–850 people 1:1, and even senior professionals were skeptical — unsure if it’s worth their time and money. They took it as a leap of faith.

But the results they experienced kept their trust growing — which shows in the testimonials and recommendations I share.

Therapy is for traumas, unaddressed emotions, past wounds.

Coaching is present- and future-paced — focused on mental blocks, thought process, habits, goals, and more.

So if you’ve got the nudge to grow — don’t call off coaching yet.

Let’s talk and see if we can work together on creating clarity, calmness, a plan of action, a driven mindset, understanding who you are — so you can use that to your advantage.

book a 1:1 clarity call, let's chat and note if we are suitable for each other for your growth (link to book is in the channel description)

PS: You don’t need a problem to opt in for growth — it’s about becoming better than who you are today.
