I was so happy to see the positive reaction to this longer form of video (not that my videos have ever been short haha) but I'm so encouraged that people seem to be getting out of this video what I'd hoped, something to keep you company, have on while you work on your own stuff and feel like your mind can have a break from the amount of constant overstimulation on social media, TV, work etc. and just slow down a bit. This video actually felt so much more natural to me to make and so I feel really enthused, so more slice of life, low stimulation cozy vibe videos are on their way! - As always if there's anything particular you'd enjoy, especially if you liked this recent video, do let me know in the comments! - Sam :)

Hello everyone, there will be a new video tomorrow! I was trying something a little different and it's a pretty long (over an hour) vlog that I deliberately kept quite mundane and relaxing in the spirit of it being quite low stimulation style. I look through art books, decorate my room, chat about new art and writing supplies and work on my comic, so I hope you enjoy it but it might be the kind of video you save for when you're working on an art project or a rainy day when you need something long and calming, I appreciate long videos aren't for everyone and I still want to offer a variety but I also want to lean into the kind of videos I find easier to make and not always highly edit everything.

Apologies for not posting in a while but I'm now in a better routine with things and I'll be scheduling some videos ahead of time so I should be able to keep up better from now on and be a bit more consistent. All the best and I hope you enjoy the video.

Hello everyone, just to say that today I sent out my first ever monthly artist newsletter so if you'd like to receive June's newsletter and all future emails then you can sign up by going to my website and joining my mailing list! The newsletter is just like getting a letter from your artist friend about what I've been up to, favourites of the month etc.

You do need to double opt in to the emails this helps me fend off bots! Once signed up you will receive the newsletter over the next couple of days, it just takes me a while as I need to send it separately to new subscribers. Hopefully there'll be a new video soon too! Thanks - Sam :)

Hello everyone just to say I was a bit delayed AGAIN in making a video this week, this is what happens when I try to be consistent lol. I had a migraine again that had me unable to do much for about a week, I'm feeling much better now but just getting back into things and didn't have much for a video, I think it'll be next week now. Hello everyone, I was a bit delayed in making a new video due to an intense heat wave in the UK last week that has only just subsided, I was actually doing surprisingly well in the heat but I had a suspicion I was going to suddenly get very tired which I did at complete random on a day I'd hoped to be on a day out and get more footage, instead my friend had to take me home a few minutes into our trip as I was totally shutdown and exhausted! Anyway, I've had some good rest over the weekend and feeling much better, hoping to bring you a video this week.

Hello everyone! In this vlog I ended up talking about starting again, needing to go back to the drawing board and also going forward as a truer version of yourself. There's comic stuff, a charity shop haul, thrilling pencil organising and some life chats so I'm trying to get some variety in there each time!

Hello everyone! I posted a new video yesterday which was the promised art room tour but a little different than I expected it to be as I moved the entire room around first! I think I was in need of a fresh start and some space to breathe and now I've gotten more used to it I feel more excited to go into the room and it feels more calm and peaceful.

I hope you enjoy the video, I did change the thumbnail as I felt the first was a bit dark and was letting the video down a little. Sometimes I'm so tired after all the editing I don't take those extra few minutes of care but I really should!
