To effectively carryout a surgery, there has to be an array of specialists who come together to work in full cooperation. A single error, miscommunication or even a slow response can cause great damage. In the same way, business success and generally the success of whatever form of organization hinges greatly on the full cooperation of all members and stakeholders. And a key determinant of the success of these teams is the team’s ability to adapt to new ways of working and how quickly they are able to pick up these new contributions. Occasionally, teams have to learn new technologies, processes and techniques that help to increase efficiency. And time is a luxury that most teams and organizations don’t have because if you move too slowly, you may discover that competitors have already started making use of the new techniques or even maybe the new contribution has become obsolete. This is where an effective leader comes in.

Earlier in the year I was robbed, my house in Abuja was invaded about the early hours of the morning, my laptops and phone were taken away. Thankfully I wasn’t hurt, however it took a toll on me so I decided to take a long break off social media.
Thank you to my friends, business colleagues and everyone who reached out. I don’t take your care for granted.
I’m back now and active across my social media platforms and 2025, we’re doing more. More teachings on Leadership, Real Estate, Investment Banking, Personal Development, Public Speaking, Sales and much more!
Preparations for The UPGRADE SUMMIT 2025 is already on the way and more details on this will be revealed. (Super excited!🔥)
I also did a few things during this break which I’ll be sharing as well. Stay tuned and God Bless❤️

Words create realities. Keep confessing what you want to see. That’s how you put into motion what your heart desires. Even as a joke, be mindful of your words.
Have a productive week!

WHY YOU SHOULD INVEST IN REAL ESTATE IN NIGERIA (Lagos and Abuja) BY 2024 with @jackorealtyafrica
The real estate market in Nigeria has been growing at an exponential rate.
In fact:
In the year 2017, the Nigerian economy grew by 3.2%, which was far higher than the average 2% growth rate of other African countries.
This is expected to continue over the next 10 years as well with projections showing that Nigeria will be among the top 10 economies by 2030.
While this growth can be attributed to many factors such as real estate developments across the country, innovations, and increased demand for housing due to population growth, etc.
There are more people looking at buying homes or landed property than ever before.
Therefore, causing the prices of properties to continue to rise exponentially as well.
The Nigerian real estate market is expected to increase by 50% in sales of commercial and residential real estate in Lagos between 2021-2024.
This will be achieved through an increase in demand for property, rising wealth levels, and increased purchasing power among Nigerians.
The most populous city in Nigeria, Lagos has been called “the commercial capital of Africa” with over 24 million inhabitants(about three times more than London).
It also has a thriving tourism sector thanks to its rich cultural heritage and vibrant nightlife scene.
With the new Lekki International airport, Lekki seaport, and Lekki free trade zone…
It’s no doubt that owning a property in Lagos is a must! And the Nation’s capital City (Abuja) is not left out.
In conclusion, the real estate market in Nigeria will be transformed by 2024.
The changes we’ve seen so far have been exciting and promising for buyers, but there is still massive room for improvement.
With the new innovation in technology, we can expect to see an increase in sales of commercial and residential real estate demand.
