I love the human body and all its intricacies, especially the fascinating ways our whole lives affect how we use or abuse our bodies!
I started dance classes aged 8, enjoying a professional Ballet and Contemporary performing career for 8 years until I retired at 28. All those years training & performing took their toll on my body, so I developed skills for self treatment.
I mix wonderful techniques of yoga, mobility, stretch therapy with self massage and fascial release in treatment, group classes & 1-1 coaching. I`m here to help you get out of long term pain, give you an effective toolkit to achieve the most body awareness and movement mastery possible!
