I feel fuller longer. Had the same meal yesterday and I wasn’t hungry until the next day. I am drinking 1 gallon of electrolyte water everyday so that may have something to do with my fullness. DON’T LEAVE COMMENTS ABOUT VEGETABLES…they cause me problems.
