I’m a YouTube Strategist for entrepreneurs who want to turn their YouTube channels into income-generating business assets - without burning out or chasing trends. I moved my family to Portugal on a passive income visa thanks to YouTube. I've made 400+ videos, got 4.3 million views & worked with 700+ clients. I left my 66K subs channel to start this channel with the goal to help you leverage YouTube to live your dream life.

On this channel, you’ll learn how to:
✅ Build a business model around your YouTube channel
✅ Create authority-based videos that attract paying clients
✅ Streamline your content with time-efficient systems
✅ Position yourself as the go-to expert in your niche
✅ Turn your intellectual property into multiple income streams
✅ Design a lifestyle business that runs from anywhere

If you want to grow a business, not just a channel, you’re in the right place.

Commented on a few YouTube videos in my niche yesterday and views are suddenly up this morning.

FYI: I haven't published a new video in 2 weeks.

A smart commenting strategy beats a consistent upload schedule.

Welcome new folks just discovering my channel :)

Here consistency and content treadmills are the enemy!

Cadence, rhythm and intentional strategy are the winners 💜

If that sounds good, leave me an emoji below.

Next week, I'm unpacking how I turn a single 60-minute presentation on YouTube into a 24/7 course sales engine.

I'll help you use AI to map out a high-converting video script, design your slide deck, and automate the entire thing so it sells your courses on autopilot.

(without expensive webinar software or exhausting live launches)

Would you like the details?

The difference between a Lifestyle Biz vs a YouTube Channel:

I won't be publishing a new video this week because I don't do consistency for the sake of it.

1. I only publish 3 videos a month to this channel and March has like 5 weeks, so hahah, but no.
2. I balance business development and free content creation
3. I batch record my videos and all of March's 3 videos have already been recorded (2 released, one un-released)
4. I'm working on a new workshop this week so that's my priority for the week
5. The final video for March will be released next Tuesday (March 31st)

Most youtube educators would have you believe that your channel will die if you're not consistent.

Most creators would feel guilty for "missing" a week

Most people think consistency is the most important thing on YouTUbe.

None of these things is true. Consistency is not more important than your content cadence, producing quality work, honoring your productivity cycle and prioritizing your business.

Strategy first. Cadence next.

Respect your ability to produce quality content without trying to turn into a content-spewing machine.

If that's the kind of business and channel you also want to run, welcome! You'll love it here 😊 🙌

If you sell in every video no one can accuse you of being a sell out 😅

But seriously though, I've had enough of this stupid advice:

Build an audience first
Sell later

On my new channel (with just 170 subs) I'm making sales from every damn video.

And why not?

I put a lot of effort into my videos. They contain valuable stuff inside. I give away ALL my methods and strategies for free on YouTube.

After all this value sharing (which continues in the lead magnet btw) if I haven't built enough trust to ask for the next step...

Then...

YouTube is just going to be an expensive hobby.

View dont pay the bills.
Trust does.

Comment VIDEO if you'd like the link to watch all 3 steps on making sales from your youtube videos even with a TINY audience.

It's Monday and I just uploaded a short 9 minute video on why building your channel to 100,000 subs doesn't mean you'll earn an income from YouTube (and what actually will). Check it out:

Stop trying to invent a product. Your next $1200/mo asset is probably hiding in your existing processes.

What's a process you've already shared with a client this week?

An onboarding checklist

A project tracker

A scripting framework/prompt

Watch the video to learn how to extract it, package it and sell it via YouTube:

Are you stuck in the YouTube Friend Zone? 🙄

You know the place: you give away all your best value for free, people leave helpful comments, but they never actually buy. Then, when you pitch your high-ticket program, they disappear.

This is the Grand Canyon Gap. You're asking people to jump from a free video to a massive commitment.

You need a bridge. I just dropped a video breaking down the psychology of the $99 bridge product and how to build one in 90 minutes.

Watch it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y6N7p...

I made exactly $13.36 in AdSense from a video with 1,500 views. But because I had a $99 Bridge Product attached to it, that same video made me over $1,200 last month.

Views are a vanity metric. Sales are a sanity metric.

If you're ready to stop chasing "viral" checks and start building real assets, you need to see today's video
