My name is Cris and I’m a mental health supporter I’m a mother of 10 and grandmother to 8. I’ve endured many losses in my life, but the most devastating ones were the loss of my daughter, my son, my mother and my brother. All four to terminal illnesses.
I’m here to share my story, in hopes of helping others find balance through life changing experiences. And to also have some fun along the way🤫 Feel free to ask me questions but please keep it respectful. I’m not perfect, I have nothing to hide but I don’t need any validation and my identity is not on trial.
I’m a firm believer that some things are not meant to be shared or discussed, so if you’re looking for drama you’re on the wrong page🙄
However, I do appreciate all support, as I operate a local nonprofit that I would love to expand, and I am also seeking to bring forth some changes in the medical profession, regarding the care of bedridden and incontinent patients, and awareness is the key.

The 1st time I heard this song g God was preparing me for my last moments with my daughter and I didn’t realize it until she took her last breath🥹 He was letting me know that if I drew nearer to Him despite my challenges, not only would He carry me through but He would also grant me His peace to surpass it ALL and enable me to walk alone. And for that I am Eternally grateful and I will NEVER stop shouting it to the world! I pray that the song and my testimony bring enlightenment to somebody else’s heart the way that it does mine each and every time I tune in. (R.I.P Raven 12/14/18✨
