From Feb 4–8, we had the blessing of being together at the 'Festival Internacional de Kundalini Yoga Chile', held near Santiago de Chile.

Most of the year, our 3HO Team collaborates across screens and time zones—USA, Chile, Uruguay, México—so sharing one physical space felt like a dream 🤍

What we witnessed was so inspiring: the Latin sangat showing up with open hearts, deep devotion, and so much joy. Sunrise sadhana, powerful practice, seva, gurdwara, kirtan, and the warmth that only a real community can create.

We were honored to represent 3HO in person: Davinder Singh, Agya Akal Singh, Rai Singh, Har Prakash Kaur, and Sat Bachan Kaur.

Thank you to everyone who practiced, served, laughed, and held the space.

We’re still smiling. Still glowing. Still grateful.

Winter Solstice 2025 felt like a gift ❄️✨

So cozy. So alive. So full of heart. Smiles everywhere, warm conversations, incredible food, laughter echoing through the days—and moments that will stay with us for a long time.

We gathered for three days of White Tantric Yoga®️ that asked a lot and gave even more. From a gentle opening day, to a powerful second day that moved deep layers, to a final day filled with release, joy, and a closing dance that brought it all home.

Our Kids Camp was a world of its own, filled with creativity, meditation, and lots of fun! The children of the sangat were honored, celebrated, and placed first, reminding all of us why we gather in the first place 🤍

Around the fire, Ukrainians and Russians stood together to pray for peace. Guided by Анна Павел with Ra Ma Da Sa, we held the world in our hearts and sent healing where it's most needed 🙏

Each day, the Gurdwara held us, anchored by the continuous Sahej Path and closing with the blessing of Rensabhai on the final night.

And then… the joy of the Christmas Jatha!🎄🎁
Singing, laughter, costumes, and that unmistakable feeling of family.

To everyone who came, served, practiced, held space, cooked, sang, danced, prayed, and shared your hearts:
