Hier geht es um Powerlifting, Muskelaufbau, Fitness, Bodybuilding, Fettabbau, Ernährung, Tutorials zu der richtigen Übungsausführung und noch vieles mehr!
Zu meiner Person: Ich heiße Lea, aber manche nennen mich auch den Kran, weil ich gerne schwere Gewichte hebe. 🏗
Ich bin Europameisterin und 8-fache Deutsche Meisterin im Powerlifting. Seit 2019 bin ich im Nationalkader und starte auf internationalen Wettkämpfen für Deutschland. Mittlerweile trainiere ich seit über einem Jahrzehnt und habe vom Bodybuilding, über Crossfit bis hin zum Kraftdreikampf schon einiges selbst ausprobiert.

I will be competing tomorrow at @theipf World Championships in Lithuania at 4PM CEST. 🇩🇪
It’s my 4th competition this year and it’s been a short prep but I’m excited to step on the World stage again and represent team Germany.
