Hi, I'm Lisa! I’m an Gen X woman who was diagnosed with ADHD at age 56. It completely changed my life, in both good ways and not so good ways. This channel will be an exploration of how being neurodivergent can affect your life. I will also discuss being Gen X and all that goes along with that: childhood, trauma, hobbies, etc.
