Hello, this is Chommang.
When you keep drawing consistently, when you draw a little bit without thinking too much,
you eventually realize that you've created a lot of drawings.
The progress you see in those drawings will surely feel slow.
It takes a very long time for improvement to become visible.
But don’t spend that long time simply waiting for progress to show.
Instead, enjoy those short moments each day when you draw.
That might actually be the shortcut.

발전이 눈에 보이려면 아주 오랜 시간이 필요합니다.
하지만 그 긴 시간을 그냥 기다리기만 하지 마세요.
대신, 매일매일 잠깐씩 그림을 그리는 그 순간들을 즐겨보세요.
그게 오히려 지름길이 될 수 있습니다.

I’m so sorry it’s been such a long time since the last one. 🙏

The way we do it is super simple:
2–3 times a week, we draw the same practice pieces together.

I’m Asian and Korean, and I love comics, so my character drawings naturally follow that style.
But coming to the UK really opened my eyes.
Seeing so many people with different looks, cultures, and stories made me realize how limited my character styles have been.
I’ll keep drawing in the style I love, but experiencing this kind of diversity made me appreciate how beautiful and unique everyone is, and it has become a great source of inspiration for me. :)
We’re all truly beautiful.

저는 동양인, 한국인이고 만화를 좋아합니다.
그래서 인물도 그와 비슷하게 그리는편이죠.
영국에 와서 너무나 다양한 국가의 사람들을 거리에서 보니 저의 인물 드로잉이 얼마나 편협했는지 알수 있었어요. 물론 앞으로도 저는 제가 좋아하는 스타일로 인물을 그리게 되겠지만 다양한 인종의 사람들을 보면서 모두다 매력적임을 느꼈어요. 😊
우리 모두는 참 예쁜것같아요.

I think this is all I drew this week.
It’s been a while since I last watched an animated film at the theater.
The first sketch of Reze was drawn with no information at all.
But starting from the fourth one, I drew after watching the movie.
It was such an amazing experience that I decided to create a video along with a full lesson.
