Kai'sa Nerf (25.26) :
- Armor : 27 --> 25
- R CD going up by 10s at all ranks.

This is a pro play nerf since Kai'sa was picked/ban at worlds. Sadly this is something that happens all the time on Kai'sa, even if she by far not strong or OP, eventually the meta will shift in her favor and she will be picked a lot since many pros prefer Kai'sa over other adcs as she is the best champion for a pick comp. I still think tho riot didnt have to go that hard , bc the armor nerf is kinda annoying since its basicly reverts all the buff we got during the year.

Hey everyone , with the new "Hall of Legends" skin coming out today. Please do not put yourself in any financial trouble over a Kai'sa skin. Its not worth it .

As for my quick personal review , i would say this skin deserve a B. It's not a horrible skin but for the quality we are suppose to get, it's simply not enough effort. It's sad because riot had the chance to make an incredible skin but sadly they were too lazy i guess

After testing the skin on PBE for a while , i must say that there are some good and bad parts:

GOOD : i like the thematic / splash art / model in game and auto attack animations.

OK : Tbf i dont mind that much the base animations before evolution , tho some risen animations feels too close to wat we always get on Kai'sa skins

BAD: The ultimate animation is horrible, u spend 40 $ for a red circle that is barely visible , When u evolve ur animations barely changes on Risen ( 40 $ ) and only the W changes a bit on the 250 $ version. I hope riot works on those 2 things during the 2 weeks of PBE

Overall its not a bad skin but disappointing. For how much we paying we barely get anything thats really new animation wise and we even have features missing that other epic (15$) skins have like Heavenscale W evolution that change the animation totally.

I will not a first impression video bc 1 hour Q time on PBE xd. There will be a review video before the skin comes out like always
