Time for what is probably going to be the last update. I had to reupload some videos to fix some errors. Apologies for the errors. I have also uploaded the rest of the Wilbert Awdry narrations. These were from the Awdry Extravaganza 5. Credit goes to the Talyllyn Railway for these narrations. As for that, this might be it for the channel. I am quite aware of the upcoming age verification policies that are coming and with that in mind, I probably won't be able to continue on with this channel. Hello again. It's now only two weeks til the Awdry Extravaganza. I have been pretty amazed by all of these dioramas for the Diorama challenge, and I want to showcase them in some way. I will be releasing some reels on my Instagram if you want to check them out. These will be a collection of ones from this years diorama challenge along with some from last year. These are in my opinion some of the best ones. Credit goes to all of the people who have created these dioramas. Also Happy 80th Anniversary Everyone.
Just to keep everyone updated. All of Bruce's narrations have been reuploaded. These have been updated with the rescans of the illustrations. That mostly wraps it up for this channel. That doesn't mean that there won't be any more new videos. New videos will still come in the near future, but maybe not as much. Also you might have noticed that some videos don't have the custom thumbnails. Apparently, for Youtube, there is a limit as to how many custom thumbnails you can upload per day. This however will be fixed soon. As for new and upcoming content, I don't really have much plans. But there may be some surprises thrown in here eventually. Also I will be updating the playlist as well. Stay tuned for more.
Well. Today's the day. The 80th anniversary of the Railway Series. I hope everyone is celebrating this wonderful occasion. I wanted to lend a big thanks to Michael White for narrating the Anniversary video. He did such an amazing job. After hearing his narrations, I thought he would be a good fit for a railway series narrator. Plus, I thought it would be amazing to have not just someone from the fandom, but a writer from the TV show as well. Happy Anniversary Everyone!
I was thinking about changing the thumbnails for the ben forster videos. Which design do you like best? Should I change them or no? Refer to previous post for examples
I also wanted to clarify something in regards to the acknowledgements in the books. A while back, I did a poll asking where would be an appropriate place to put the acknowledgements, whether in the videos or in the description of the video. A lot of people ended up voting for it being in the videos. I was thinking about doing that, but I think for the sake of consistency, it would make sense to put them in the description. The acknowledgements are not just credits, but also little notes about what the engines in the stories are based on. In the description is where I give credits to, so I feel like it would make more sense to put the acknowledgements in with those and have it all in one place. Plus, not all books have acknowledgements, so I feel like it would be weird to have them in some videos and some of them just not have them at all. I might put them in the full book videos, but for the individual stories, I'm just gonna put them in the description Just something I wanted to point out.
