Hey, I’m Captain Katarn sci-fi geek and creator. I make Star Citizen videos, diving into ships, systems, and the fun that makes this game so damn compelling. I also like to do deep dives into development histories of games that shapes us like Cyberpunk 2077 and Mass Effect. Some nights I’m live here playing Star Citizen or you can catch me on my second channel playing whatever sci-fi masterpiece is calling my name.
Around here, it's all about calculated moves, unscripted moments, and the kind of perspective you only get after a few dozen ship wipes and bad trades. If you’ve ever clipped a landing pad at full speed and still called it a “tactical descent,” you’re among friends.

Hey guys, just a heads up. The Impound decided to end their content creator affiliate program today. No hard feelings with anyone I think they don't want to cause problems with CIG for channels like mine going forward. I made this point in my last video. The gaming industry doesn't make video games for us anymore and then blames us when we don't buy them. It's happening at all levels of entertainment. This is why Star Citizen gives me hope, it's one of the only games made directly for the players where we get input on the process.

I apologize for not putting out a video recently. The mood around Star Citizen has been so negative with all the issues currently impacting the live branch that I took sometime to unplug. I don't like to make rage bait content so I haven't. I have some exciting things coming soon though. Today I released the 4.8 VR report, I have a review of the Pimax Dream Air coming soon, and a PSVR 2 review. I'm also going to be revamping my tutorial series to bring it current. Exciting times.
