Hello Friends thank you for your questions.... when it comes to scientific stuff I'm not that kind of gal... I have done things based on my trial and error.... that's why I really respect the a1c test. Plus I still have some unnecessary waistline padding..... I've questioned two doctor's in the same medical practice and they where spouting off my fine numbers but not answering and getting to the real question. So I am here to encourage you all and that I set off to another direction regarding doctor's and how they practice. I started with a new doctor 3 weeks ago I went in with 2 full pages of what I take, supplements, medications and beverages.... after a long time of sorting thru all my data first of all he heard me and read my paperwork, only did vitals once I got there. I went to a teaching naturalpathic schooling if I am stating this correctly. The recommendation was to elimate 4 things from my daily intake for 1 month and then we will take on other measures. One thing that the doctor recommended to stop for a month had to do with teaching I learned in my New York macrobiotic days..... I had forgotten how this root vegtable works... so that was the tipping point for me that he knew his stuff. Eliminating this root vegtable kinda plugged me up so I had to find other means... I have noticed less bloating, yet the work has just begun...I will see this doctor next month. I'll fill you all in then... in the mean time be good to yourself for your efforts because I am cheering you on!
