As a Black couple living the RV life, we’ve faced challenges that come with choosing a path outside the norm. We’ve been blessed to meet amazing people along the way, but we’ve also encountered those who seem to doubt us—or even find satisfaction in our struggles. Some have told us this lifestyle is too expensive or that maybe we should give it up.

But this journey, I don’t expect everyone to understand. But for us, It’s about sharing a dream, a love for travel, and a commitment to each other. Life isn’t perfect, and neither is this road, but we keep going—and God continues to carry us.

Even when things feel uncertain, we still find peace in the simple moments: taking walks, watching sunsets, and trusting that we’ll make it through. We would love to have your help but if not this too shall pass. This season may be hard, but it won’t break us.
