Honored and grateful to share that I’ve been awarded for Sexual Wellness Coach and Modern Voice of the Year ♥️
The same woman they judged for being ‘too much’ is now the woman they cannot stop talking about.
Today is a huge day for me, and I truly want to share a part of my story.
Being a sex educator, especially as a woman in India, was never easy. The backlash was endless, but so was the support that kept me going.
Studying psychology and then choosing to openly speak about sex, intimacy, relationships, and education challenged me emotionally, mentally, socially… but it also shaped me into the woman I am today.
People I once called friends walked away. Some felt embarrassed to even be associated with me because society had already decided that talking openly about sexuality made a woman “abnormal.” I was judged, shamed, labeled, misunderstood, and spoken about behind my back.
From being called names, accused of sleeping around, reduced to stereotypes, and constantly questioned… to standing here today receiving an award, building a community of lakhs of people who trust my work, creating my own team, and building my own business. This journey has been anything but easy.
And this is not just another inspirational internet story. This is the reality many women face when they choose not to fit into the version society created for them. I was never meant to fit into someone else’s idea of what a woman should be, and I will never shrink myself just to make others comfortable.
To everyone chasing dreams that society doesn’t fully understand yet… keep going. Your journey may feel lonely at times, but that does not mean your path is wrong. Sometimes the people who are judged the most are simply the ones brave enough to be different.
This award does not belong only to me. It belongs to my family, to the friends who genuinely stood beside me, to my online family that motivates me every single day, and to my incredible team working tirelessly behind the scenes, constantly reminding me that this journey is so much bigger than one person.
And most importantly, this is for every person who was ever made to feel “too much” simply for choosing to be themselves. ♥️

It’s the aftercare🤍
Many couples focus only on the act… but intimacy is built in the moments after. Love, cuddles, reassurance and presence release bonding hormones like oxytocin helping partners feel safe, connected and emotionally fulfilled.
✨ No love & cuddle after sex → the body disconnects
✨ Love & cuddle after sex → the heart stays connected
Intimacy isn’t just about passion but also about emotional safety, attachment and care.
As a Sex Educator & Intimacy Coach I always say
👉 Foreplay matters
👉 Afterplay matters even more
Save this to remember. Share with someone who needs this gentle reminder🤍

Performance anxiety in men is common and often psychological rather than physical.
Pressure, fear of failure, and overthinking can interfere even when sexual desire is present.
When intimacy starts to feel like a performance, anxiety during sex takes over.
What helps most with male performance anxiety is patience and emotional support.
Partners especially women should understand that mocking or shaming can worsen the issues caused by anxiety.
Sex isn’t a test.

Without foreplay, the body resists.
With foreplay, the body responds.
Arousal isn’t a switch. It’s a process.
Foreplay allows the nervous system to relax, the body to feel safe, and desire to build naturally.
This isn’t about performance. It’s about awareness, patience, and understanding how arousal actually works.
Foreplay is not optional.
It’s essential💦🌸
