Heavenly Father,
I come to You just as I am.
I know that I am a sinner and I ask for Your forgiveness.
I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son,
That He died on the cross for my sins,
And that He rose from the dead.
Today, I turn from my old ways and I invite Jesus into my heart.
I accept Him as my Lord and Savior.
I ask You to guide my life and help me to do Your will.
Thank You for saving me.
Thank You for Your grace and mercy.
