So, we finished up all of Knockout Tour for Mario Kart World this past Thursday leaving us with only one thing left to potentially do -- Time Trials.

I have gone back and forth on if we should do Time Trials for MKW or not. The Time Trials aren't really challenging for MKW, so that is part of why I am debating on what to do. If we don't , MK7 will be uploaded on Tuesdays and Thursdays again as it was before Switch 2 released. So I wanna let y'all pick what we do.

It was at 8PM CDT on October 5th, 2022 that I would post my first video on YouTube. Definitely didn't know where that first upload would take me. Definitely didn't know what would happen in the years to follow. Definitely didn't know how much would happen afterwards. All I knew is: I wanted to give YouTube a try; I wanted to share my passion for gaming with someone else; I wanted to make someone's day brighter.

Here I am 3 years later with over 1,000 total videos, over 8,000 subscribers, and over 900,000 total views. More important than anything numbers could show, I have gained a lovely community; developed skills in a craft that I've been passionate about; learned so much about other people, cultures, and ideas; gained friendships that I know I will carry for many years; even discovered more about myself.

YouTube has been a journey -- an amazing journey. I believe that I have certainly accomplished what I set out to do with YouTube and then gotten so much extra out of it. While we may not like everything this platform does, I can certainly say that without utilizing it the way I have, my life would not be the same.

I'm not going anywhere. I'm on this platform for as long as I choose to be. And as far as I know and as far as I hope, ending my YouTube career will not be for a long while. I have so many ideas, so many games to play with y'all, so many new releases to be excited about, and so many more memories to make with y'all. I sure ain't done yet.

So, here is to yet another year! Can't wait to see what is in store for the channel as time goes on. Thank y'all for coming out to the stream yesterday and celebrating this milestone. Just wanna remind y'all of a couple things:

1) Tonight, ‪@Ballomatic_‬ will be playing Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker tonight at 6PM PDT/8PM CDT. This stream will only be on his channel so make sure to go over and turn the notification bells on! Can't wait to play more of this game with him! Link to that stream will be in the pinned comment.

2) Saturday at 12PM CDT I will be celebrating my 3 year content creation anniversary! I cannot believe it's already been 3 years since I started YouTube. Time flies! We will be playing 3 games on Saturday: Mario Kart World, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and Fall Guys in that order. Each game will get about 2 hours of play time and stream will wrap up at around 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM CDT depending on how many and how long my breaks are in the stream. Hey, y'all! Hope y'all are having a great Tuesday!

So as y'all know, Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 are coming to Switch this Thursday. I have pre-ordered the game and will be picking it up hopefully that day.

Earlier this year and at the end of last year I did do 100% playthroughs for both Galaxy 1 and 2. My question to y'all is, should I cover the games again on the channel? I absolutely would love to do them again, but it's just according to if y'all think enough time has passed to even give them another run through. If I do play them, I'm not sure which day we'd start them (maybe Thursday but Sunday would be way more likely) and we'd push the Mario 64 playthrough to another time.

Y'all, YouTube Studio is doing this WEIRD glitch where it doesn't show me all the unread comments when I click "show unresponded comments." So if y'all have made a comment recently and I haven't hearted it or replied to it, it's because I haven't been able to easily find it!

Hopefully YouTube fixes this soon. Once it's fixed I'm sure I'll go through and get to what I missed. Interacting with y'all is literally one of the best parts of doing YouTube, so this glitch is certainly annoying me.

We were able to finish up NSMBU 100% today! Really enjoyed revisiting that game -- thank y'all for voting for it and thank y'all for all the help y'all gave in finding those collectibles!

Now it is time to vote for a new game to 100%! We will begin this series on October 4th -- I will NOT be live Friday and Saturday this weekend for sure. Sunday is a maybe. Whatever gets the most votes in the poll is what we will play next! Can't wait to see what y'all vote for!

So, it has been a LONG time since I've done this (since before the launch of the Switch 2), but I want to go ahead and start doing our stream series again! The Switch 2 line-up is kind of bare at the moment, so we definitely need a series of something to focus on in the meantime.

Whichever of these games gets the most votes will be what we play on August 30th! All of these will be 100% playthroughs unless a complication comes up and I just can't do 100%. So what would y'all like to see me do?
