I'll keep it short before I banter: I'm thinking about moving my streams over to Twitch fully.
I've been anti-Twitch for a long time due to their ad system absolutely killing any opportunity for growth for any smaller creators. Over the years, however, it appears Twitch has stepped things up and their ads are far less intrusive as they once were, particularly when you click to join to a new stream. That particular instance is why I chose to move away from Twitch.
Now with the ads being changed to be a banner instead of a video intruding on the stream, it seems best to move the streams back over to Twitch so there's a far better chance for natural growth. YouTube struggles with organic growth for a streamer.
On top of having a poll for this post, I'd like to ask you all - have you experienced the same thing as far as seeing ads on Twitch? I'd like to know if my thinking is agreeable and, in a way, correct.
This isn't my announcement that I'm moving just yet. The thought is there, however. So here's the poll: if I moved back to Twitch, would you subscribe there and continue to watch?

I mean, they were delicious, but some were just a bit more fatty than others, and I enjoy a more savory type of meal, you know?
Unfortunately, there will be no streams this week! I've got a big NYC trip planned (hi Ricky!!!) and won't be at my PC until Saturday.
However, to make up for this, I'll be editing the cursed Facebook Marketplace stream I hosted a week ago and posting that on my channel! Look forward to that being posted at some point this week.

I'm now 18 pages deep into a massive video, and this is just the first round of writing things out. This thing is gonna need revisions, storytelling elements added to it, more jokes written into it while detailing accurate information, and so on. I'm expecting to add a huge plot twist to the video. The scope of it is huge and I am going in over my head for sure. Also, I'm gonna need to buy a teleprompter lmao
So while this is being worked on, I need to make sure my work-life balance is still good. I am not gonna stop streaming, but I think I'm gonna stop uploading VODs, at least on this channel. If I continue to grow and people have interest in VODs, I'd be happy to make a second channel and upload those over there. I would just need to grow to a point where I can pay somebody to handle uploads, thumbnails, titles, etc. I still record everything anyway just in case I wanna make a short.
So things are changing, but I'm still going to stream two or three times a week. And who knows, maybe I'll actually commit a time to stream so people can actually expect a time to tune in! I think that would be good, too.

I'm now 18 pages deep into a massive video, and this is just the first round of writing things out.
