This project became a deep artistic endeavor, blending historical grandeur with cinematic sound design to give Marcha Real the recognition it truly deserves.

As one of the oldest national anthems in the world, Marcha Real stands apart—a march without official lyrics, carrying the weight of Spain’s history, its empire, and its indomitable spirit. Yet, despite its legacy, it remains less recognized on the global stage. I wanted to change that!

Inspired by Hans Zimmer’s “Spanish Theme” from Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, I spent over 100 hours composing, arranging, and designing a full orchestral version that captures the epic, commanding presence of Spain’s golden age. This is not just an anthem—it is a symphonic tribute to the warriors, explorers, and visionaries who shaped history.

Through rich orchestration, cinematic depth, and meticulous attention to detail, this version of Marcha Real is designed to be majestic, inspiring, and timeless—just as Spain’s legacy demands.

Este proyecto se convirtió en un profundo esfuerzo artístico, fusionando grandeza histórica con diseño sonoro cinematográfico para darle a la Marcha Real el reconocimiento que realmente merece.

Siendo uno de los himnos nacionales más antiguos del mundo, la Marcha Real es única—una marcha sin letra oficial, que lleva el peso de la historia de España, su imperio y su espíritu indomable. A pesar de su legado, sigue siendo poco reconocida a nivel mundial. Quise cambiar eso.

The song appeared in a military manual titled *Libro de Ordenanza de los toques militares de la Infantería Española*, making it one of the first official military marches used by a European empire.

But here’s where things get interesting: some historians speculate that **Marcha Real** may have been inspired by older Spanish royal marches or even by music heard in the Spanish courts during the age of exploration.
