Royal Caribbean just reported $17.9 BILLION in revenue. 🛳️ 💰 is it time they stop treating our culture like a backdrop and start putting Our artists on the MainStage? *NEW VIDEO🚨*

In 1993, the legendary Red Plastic Bag (RPB) was fed up with not understanding a single word coming out of the "Dub" (Dancehall) scene. He teamed up with the iconic Mac Fingall to cook up a "filler" track poking fun at the trend. The lyrics? Literally RPB saying he can’t hear what the deejays are saying over all that "Ragga Ragga Ragga!" 🎤🤣
The Irony: They tried to troll the genre, but ended up creating a masterpiece. Mac Fingall’s production was so fire and RPB’s vibe so infectious that it birthed the Ragga Soca movement and was recorded in 7 different languages! 🌍🎶
Maximum respect to the G.O.A.T. Red Plastic Bag only a true genius can turn a joke into a global blueprint for Caribbean music. 👑🇧🇧

What do YOU think? Is it the best "accidental" hit in Soca history? 👇🏾

Should Soca & Caribbean Artists be REQUIRED to use their platform to speak out against crime etc ?

Let’s not act like Majah Hype isn’t one of the most talked about and at times criticized figures in Caribbean comedy right now. The man stays in conversation whether people rate him or not.

But talent? You can’t deny it. The versatility, the accents, the characters… that level of range is RARE. That’s not just comedy, that’s real artistry.

So what are we saying?
Is he really the Caribbean King of Comedy RIGHT NOW… or just the most controversial? 👀

Real talk, the soca men stay visible, interviews, lives, content, money, always in your face. But some of the ladies? After Carnival it’s like hide and go seek… and I don’t get it.

I’m a fan, I want more. Not just stage presence, give us beauty, fitness, writing, real life… something to stay connected to.
Not transactional, music + views = ✌🏾 In this fast social media era, out of sight can become out of mind.

Big up Imani Ray though, still showing up and dropping music, consistency matters 🔥 she’s not the only one, just saying 🤷🏽‍♀️

I’m rooting for the women heavy, I just want to see them win louder and stay seen.

Am I the only one seeing this? 👀

Is this real impact… or just powerful content? 🇹🇹

Big respect to Queenzflip and Chrismustlist, they’ve stepped into communities and shown sides of Trinidad most people don’t see. That’s bold and that’s real.

But with the country in a State of Emergency, I’m asking my audience straight, does this kind of coverage truly give voice to the unheard and push change… or does it stop at awareness? No shade, just a serious convo about responsibility, culture, and what actually brings forward movement. How do you feel about this kind of content/coverage?
