I once heard someone say, “Cringe is the price of admission.” 😅
My first YouTube video was, in my opinion, terrible. The lighting was off. The pacing was awkward. I over-explained some things and under-explained others. But I published it anyway. That mattered more than perfection.
If I had waited until I felt “ready,” this channel wouldn’t exist.
🧠 No Raspberry Pi tutorials.
🏠 No smart home deep dives.
🤖 No practical AI walkthroughs.
🙌 No 39K+ of you building alongside me.
Most people think creators start polished and go viral. The truth is much less glamorous. You improve one upload at a time. You read the comments. You fix your audio. You adjust your titles. You get better at explaining hard things clearly.
Confidence follows action - not the other way around. 💡
So if you’re thinking about starting a channel or shipping a project, this is your sign. Publish the imperfect version. Learn in public. Improve in motion.
