I really tried everything to get subscribers care for what I'm doing here, but it appears that there is no point in doing football content. You can find my other projects on saschafox.com
- You can only regret the things you never did. - Never give up on your dreams. - Just follow your passion. - Just be yourself, they say. If you got nothing positive to say, don’t say anything. - It has to get worse before it gets better.
The list goes on…
I did l all of these things and I keep hitting one brick wall after the other.
- I slept in rental cars. - I snuck into apartment buildings to use the pool and take a hot shower after. - I drank water from the fountain in a public park and ate Mac n’ Cheese from the food bank.
All I’ve tried ever since my life in the corporate world back in Europe, is to make a living with something that is fun and doesn’t slowly kill me.
What I can say for certain is that I’m tired!
I’m tired of trying.
So, in conclusion:
YES, you can DEFINITELY have regrets for things you HAVE done. I deeply regret ever setting foot into Mercedes-Benz-Stadium in Atlanta and starting a journey that would break me in so many ways.
The only consequence I can draw from all this is to finally end this chapter of my life.
Here is my last football vlog. I am officially no longer a football YouTuber.
This is it. I cannot keep fighting this fight and pretend everything is ok.
I really tried everything to get subscribers care for what I'm doing here, but it appears that there is no point in doing football content, because there is no loyalty.
Whenever I am traveling to a new stadium, investing my money and energy to produce new content, everyone is here to watch - but when I am saying what’s really going on, everyone is just moving on to the next channel or whatever.
Today marks the end of Addiction Football and two years of struggling and fighting for a project that clearly nobody cares for.
This is what everything has been leading up to for the last 18 months.. Or was it 23 years?
In 2002 I've produced my first video for a local youth project in Germany - they gave me 50 euros and handed me a machine the size of two VCRs with a huge joystick - all of that I connected to my tube TV back then.
I looked into making videos for a living, but Germany being Germany, I was told I will have to study two years full time and pay it all out of pocket.
That wasn't an option.
A measly 23 years down the road, the dream is still alive and I'm about to put all my work of the last 18 months together into one big project.
But the issue is the same as back then - the funding. If you can spare two minutes of your lifetime, I would appreciate a like, comment, share, donation - every little helps.
Rob Valentino was doing a great job an interim manager- even kicking Messi and his lot out of the MLS playoffs- why wasn’t the man who showed results within a very short timeframe made permanent?
🚨 Addiction Football is evolving – and I need YOUR help!
For the past couple years I’ve been running around stadiums across the world with a GoPro, a drone, and dangerously little sleep 😅 From Brazil to Mexico, the U.S. to Europe – it’s been one hell of a ride.
But the next chapter is gonna be even bigger. Because I’m opening the doors. Addiction Football is becoming a community project.
If you're a football vlogger – or want to be one – and you've got a camera, a drone, and a love for the beautiful game... 🎥⚽️ I want you on the team.
📍You can be based anywhere. 📸 You just need to know how to capture the vibe. 🔥 And you’ve gotta be committed – this ain’t tourist content.

A little bit of history and a massive THANK YOU to everyone who's supported me on the way!
A bit over two years ago, in late May 2023, I was asked if I fancied going to an Atlanta United match — and, well, the rest is history… or so they say.

Why do people over complicate football..?
Rob Valentino was doing a great job an interim manager- even kicking Messi and his lot out of the MLS playoffs- why wasn’t the man who showed results within a very short timeframe made permanent?
