It is ok to make mistakes. You have a good laugh and learn something from it. I added to much water to this one for the low strength flours I used. It is still delicious and we will not discriminate against it 😁

In For The Food

Hello friends, look at this beauty! We had a friend come over and he cannot eat dairy, so I wanted to come up with a sweet recipe without dairy, so no butter… But I love a good challenge. And since it is pumpkin season I used some in the dough and used some coconut oil and almonds as filling for these sticky buns. They turned out great! I wrote down the quantities, so I will hopefully also make a video about this recipe. I wish you all a bright weekend and happy food explorations! Love, Andra

In For The Food

I’m trying out new combinations for my breads. I always love the smell of bread in the oven. I wonder what my neighbours think about these culinary “fragrances”. And the smell of baked bread reminds me of childhood, when my grandma would bake the many loaves of bread in her wood fired oven. And at the end, while the oven was still hot, some of the potato pies I liked so much. Well, not only potato filled, also with cabbage or cheese, or simply just onions. What smells get you right into the childhood?

Hello friends, I am back after a long time, with a new video. It is bank holiday Today here in Germany (and probably in whole Europe), so I found some time to film and edit. Hopefully I will find the time and energy to publish more often from now on. Today's recipe are cookies, because my husband loves them and they are so easy to bake. So an easy recipe to be starting again filming and editing. Although I try to keep my recipes simple. Do you also have a bank holiday wherever you are in the world? Hello culinary friends all over the world. While I was in vacation I reached 1000 subscribers and I want to thank you all for helping me reach a milestone. I hope you all enjoy the videos and you are trying out the recipes, or maybe they just serve as inspiration for your own experimentations. Now that I am back, I will try to make some time to edit the next video, because it has been a while 😄. Here in the northern hemisphere we are entering autumn, so more indoor time. It is a great opportunity to slow down and spend some more time in the kitchen making great nourishing food.
