It seems directly targetted at Nakamura gaining 0.8 points per win against low-rated opposition but doesn't affect his real goal — playing enough games for Candidates qualification (11 to go)

BREAKING CHESS NEWS! 🚨
The FIDE Ethics & Disciplinary Commission has delivered its final verdict in the Kirill Shevchenko cheating case!
After an appeal process, GM Kirill Shevchenko has been found guilty of cheating at the Spanish Team Championship under Article 11.7(e) of the FIDE Disciplinary Code.
The Sanctions Include:
A THREE-YEAR worldwide ban from all FIDE-rated events (one year suspended).
His Grandmaster (GM) title has been REVOKED, effective immediately!
FIDE is taking a firm stance on fair play.
Dana Reizniece of FIDE emphasized, "Ensuring fair play is non-negotiable – it is essential to the credibility and future of our sport."
