When life feels heavy and your thoughts are consumed by worry, take a moment to step outside and look up.
Gaze at the sky above you. The vast expanse of blue, the drifting clouds, the brilliance of the sun, or the countless stars that fill the night. Creation is constantly pointing beyond itself to the Creator. The heavens are declaring God's glory every single day. Sometimes our burdens seem so large that they fill our entire field of vision. But when we lift our eyes to the sky, we are reminded of just how great God truly is. The One who spoke the galaxies into being, who paints every sunset, and who set every star in place is fully aware of the concerns weighing on your heart today and He is calling you to release it.
If you feel overwhelmed, go outside and look up. Let the beauty of creation shift your focus from the size of your problems to the greatness of your God. Allow the breeze to carry away those worries as you place it all in the hands of the One whose glory fills the heavens.
