I have 15+ years in the beauty and wellness space, am a licensed esthetician. I worked for two of the top pharmaceutical skin care companies in the world with Obagi and ZO, skin health.
After the birth of my children, I wanted flexibility so I moved into the direct sales industry in 2015. I love empowering women to become their most liberated, confident, and successful selves feeling good on inside and out!! Daily reminders to myself to receive Godās love, laugh, and play!!
Life can get overwhelming if we let it. As a parent there can be constant busyness & pressure with kids activities, breaking up fights, sleepless nights, to doās, appts, work, cleaning, etc etc etc. The list can go on am I right?!!
However I have found that I DO have control over how stressed I get by balancing out the things that are out of my control with what I can control.
I can CHOOSE to find rythm and balance š in my day by receiving from God, playing, and laughing each day in some way, even if itās just for a few minutes! I can choose to overpack me and my kids schedule or not to.
This wasnāt always the case as I was stuck in a stress cycle most of my life, always achieving & striving which eventually led to chronic illness, but the Holy Spirit graciously guided me to truth & healing through Godās love šā¤ļø.
When was the last time you just stopped and let God love you? Or just put on a funny video and laughed? When was the last time you played?!!
If you have followed me for the last few months you know that I will go to the beach to dance. Itās one of the ways God loves on me and itās also how I play!
When I these three areas are checked off, I am a better mother, friend, wife, and daughter.
