Is anyone else finding youtube's comments EXTRA broken lately?

I've been trying to reply to some commenters on my stuff and half the time I can't interact with anything bellow the video. I can't like or dislike, can't reply to comments, pin them or anything.

Its not just on my own videos, its on videos by other channels. I watch something, decide to push the like button and it literally doesn't click. My cursor doesn't even change to indicate I'm over an interactable part of the webpage.
