2回目の著作権侵害の警告（ストライク）について

皆様こんにちは、チャンネル主のSheerです。
非常に残念なことですが、1回目の警告が解除される6日前に、再び著作権侵害の警告を受けてしまいました。
今回の対象は『R-TYPE FINAL』の「Proud of You」で、申し立てを行ったのは円居 雄一郎（kuro）氏です。

おそらく、戦闘機の擬人化キャラクターの著作権に関する申し立てだと思われます。
当チャンネルとしては異議申し立てを行わないため、該当の動画はすでに視聴できなくなっております。

今後は画像素材の使用により一層注意してまいります。また、担当された原画レーターが関わっている作品であるため、今後は『ファイアーエムブレム』シリーズの関連作品の投稿も減らす可能性があります。

Regarding the second copyright strike

Hello everyone, this is the channel owner, Sheer.
Regrettably, just six days before the first copyright strike was set to expire, I received a second copyright strike.
This time, it was for "Proud of You" from R-TYPE FINAL. The copyright claim was submitted by Mr. Yuichiro Enkyo (kuro).

The probable cause of the claim is related to the copyright of the fighter plane anthropomorphization (mecha musume) designs.
This channel will not dispute the claim, so the video is no longer available for viewing.

I will be much more cautious when using visual materials in the future. Additionally, due to the original artist involved, I may also reduce the release of works related to the Fire Emblem series.
