Ahoy ahoy friends,

We're on Day 2 of the Owens v. Marraccini DVRO renewal case. I was live for a bit this morning with Rob from youtube.com/@robertandre007. I think Rob is editing to tighten up the live and then he'll repost it. In the meantime, what we learned so far today:

Ms. Owens did not show up to court as the judge instructed. We have not seen a reuqest to travel on the AZ docket, as of yet. She did not file to dismiss, either.

After a delay where folks waited in the hallway, Mr. Marraccini and Omar (his lawyer) were summoned into the courtroom.

We learned Laura spoke to the judge and the judge granted a continuance. The case continues November 5. Apparently Laura requested ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accommodations. I do not think Omar was able to view the ADA accommodations request.

Megan Fox has some YT shorts up, and will be live later to give more details.

Lauren Neidigh will likely also be live later to give more details.

Hello friends. Got an instant camera that takes tiny instant photos. Going to try to document my fake retirement ~year with some fun photos, if I can! Here are my first three photos. New "management best practices" videos coming, dropping one tomorrow for Management Tuesdays. Also working on NaNoWriMo, the going is tough but the tough get going. Hello friends, I have Court of X videos parts 4, 5, and 6 all recorded. I'll be releasing them publicly on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. They'll be available as members-only videos prior to that, as soon as they're done uploading, as a benefit to the folks who purchased or gifted memberships. Hello friends, I have the Mary Lenkins Part 9 video premiering today at 5 PM PST (check out IT Goatee Brad's cooking show hangout afterwords).

I am also starting a new playlist: Moose After Dark: Cat Quest 3, where I will be dropping 1 hour videos of me playing through Cat Quest 3, the video game.

Once recorded, these gaming videos will be available immediately for channel members, and then they'll release 24-48 hours later as public videos for all to see. If the Cat Quest 3 playthrough is interesting, maybe I'll keep this kind of series going with other games!
