The 2026 FIFA World Cup begins on Thursday 11 June 2026. Which of the 10 African nations taking part will go the furthest? If your own (African) country is not represented which other African country will you be rooting for? (FYI these are the 10 countries in random order; South Africa, Ghana, Morocco, Senegal, DR Congo, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Cabo Verde & Cote d'Ivoire)
We love a good (football) banter! But let's keep it fun and respectful!

@all When we say our leaders are corrupt, we need sometimes to pause and ask ourselves; "are we ourselves saints?" If you can, please read the experience of this Nigerian blogger in the picture below as reference. Actually corruption is a bottom up thing. If we want to wean our leaders off corruption, we need to start with ourselves. But of course many would disagree. That is fine. But disagree with civility!

๐Ÿ‡ฟ๐Ÿ‡ฆ SOUTH AFRICA POLL
Some South Africans believe undocumented African migrants are responsible for high unemployment, crime, and drug abuse in South Africa. Currently many of these South Africans are marching and demanding that these "undocumented" Africans delete themselves from South Africa. Some have even set a deadline of 30 June for these Africans to leave South Africa or else....
Meanwhile, others argue that government failures, corruption, and poor economic policies are the real causes of these challenges.

Who bears the greater responsibility for South Africaโ€™s current social and economic problems? Feel free to share your thoughts respectfully in the comments.

Just now we posted our 800th video on this channel! And it is an interview with Africa's richest man, Aliko Dangote. No, Africa Web TV did not conduct the interview with him but we thought this interview gave an insight into his mindset and why people like him succeed against the odds. The most Most Powerful Quote ๐Ÿ’ก:
โ€œWe are waiting for foreign investors to develop our land. Itโ€™s not possibleโ€ฆ We Africans must lead. Others will join us.โ€ It is a must-watch interview!
